  In town for business and stayed at an Air BNB for one night a couple of blocks away.  
  
  We were looking for a place to have drinks and dinner.  The place across the street looked like a better menu and craft beer selection, but bar Louie was a lot more active and the eye candy was too much to refuse so we sit at the bar and one of the most beautiful lady with blue eyes and blond hair waits on us.  The bartenders name is Alec??
  
  Not only is she beautiful, but intelligent also.  As she walks around and helps folks and talks with them, you just watched as everyone that talked to her was at full attention giving her maximum respect while glaring into those beautiful eyes and non verbally communicating that OMG you are gorgeous and super friendly too.
  
  The food was good.  The beer was cold.  The bartender gets this place five stars.  
  
  She looked like Emilia Clarke "Daenerys" from Game of Thrones.  I had more beers than I wanted too because I didn't want to tell her no and really enjoyed conversing and admiring her.
  
  And the bar was filled with other beautiful women too.

  La Pasion Margaritas are great! But the food was not so much. Went around Sunday afternoon and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Ordered the Chicken Nachos and everything was cold. The bartender was nice enough to remove the item from my check and so I placed an order for the Honey Chicken Sandwich with a side of fries......the fries were also cold. The sandwich was actually hot and tasty but the fries were not.
  
  I rarely ever send back food but serving cold food items is something that I can not enjoy, especially if it's slow. Luckily I had a great bartender who went back to the kitchen and brought back a side of fresh hot fries.
  
  Not sure what the issue was with the chef that day but the manager on duty did say this was the second time food was served cold. Not really sure if I would go back for the food but I can never turn down a margarita!

  Came in here for lunch, place is almost empty so I don't think this will be here long.
  Problem is even with almost no customers and plenty of wait staff, the food took forever. The kitchen is not only slow but the service is horrible.
  10 min for water, wanted extra condiments, had to get up and remind them we needed them. Everything took so long.
  Now to the food. Two of us ordered nachos. They look NOTHING like the photo. There was hardly any meat on the at all and all the stuff was directly on top so it's basically a plate of dry chips.
  It lacked flavor and showed how little the kitchen staff cared about any sort of presentation or quality.
  You might want to skip this place until it shuts down and the next restaurant takes its place.

  My sister and I decided to give Bar Louie in the Winter Park Village a try tonight--I hadn't been, but she and her husband had been before and I'd been checking out the menu for a while.
  
  We were greeted at the door and told that it was open seating. It was busy but there were plenty of tables available so we had a seat in a booth. We ordered an appetizer from the Happy Hour menu (6:40pm) and needed a few more minutes to order our meals.
  
  My sister ordered a cup of tortilla soup and a Turkey club and I did a Turkey club as well. The app showed up to the table and that was the last of the food to be brought out..
  
  Our server came by 2 or 3 times saying the food should be up shortly/kitchen was backed up but finally at 7:30 we decided to tell her to cancel the order and we would pay for our appetizer (the soup never came either). She asked if we wanted the manager to come over but honestly, we were just hungry and wanted to go as we'd seen several tables seated after us have food delivered.
  
  In less than an hour from leaving, we were seated at another place, salad brought out, and entrees delivered, eaten, and leftovers boxed...and had time to write this review..
  
  Anyway, I may give Bar Louie another attempt because the food did look good, I just wish I could have tried it!

  Happy hour is all that and then some here! I honestly think this is the best happy hour in town... 1/2 price apps and drink deals! I used to go to the Bar Louie near UCF all the time in college and now I'm so happy one opened closer to me! I've never had an app that I didn't enjoy. You get so much food and it always comes out so warm! The bartenders here are really good at taking care of all their customers at the bar in a timely manner. I feel like you really get your money's worth here!
